At Pickford, we are continuously improving our services to meet our customers needs. We certify your tools with the AKO - TSD6500 Advanced digital torque indicator for torque tool certifications. The TSD6500 is the most advanced digital torque indicator serving the torque measurement industry and is “The standard by which torque Is calibrated”. Our technicians have been manufacturer trained to use the TSD6500 in order to supply you with the most accurate test results. The TSD6500 is capable of up to 20.000 updates per second (no averaging), as well as the capability to test up to 40,000 ft-lbs! The TSD6500 will supply the certification needed for your insurance & industry requirements. This is an invaluable certification tool. You can use the TSD6500 to properly upkeep your assets, as it helps notify areas of concern within your equipment. The TSD6500 provides you with the torque tool certification data to accurately achieve the specific value(s) needed to complete your job accurately and correctly every time.
Rad Torque Systems Tool Certification 2017
For years Pickford has been servicing and calibrating RAD tools in house. Pickford has grown to be an industry leader complimented with a fully stocked parts inventory, measurement capability up to 40000 ft./lbs and factory trained technicians that help ensure your tool is running at its peak performance every use. Pickford’s factory trained technicians can diagnose, repair and calibrate your tool in a timely fashion with accurate results that meet industry standards! Pickford provides calibrations which include all documentation and certificates for each Rad Tool. Each calibration station is certified to The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standard ensuring high accuracy. This also provides trace-ability throughout the industry. Four Calibration Stations are currently in operation at our Edmonton, AB 40,000 sq/ft facility. Combined they cover the entire range of torque that the Rad line offers, meaning that we can diagnose, repair, and calibrate every Rad Tool at the Edmonton facility.
