NB CLAMSHELLS
The NB clamshell meets and exceeds all your piping needs. Our NB series of O.D. Split Frame Clamshells are one of the wolds most durable in the industry today. With a unique pateneted bearing system created by our tool designers, we maintain a low profile machine capable of cutting all wall thicknesses and alloys of piping. With this Split Frame Design, the machine can be set up in very tight areas with minimal time and effort. Also, with the low profile design, the weight is minimized to help reduce labour costs during set up.

MC CLAMSHELLS
The MC series is the most stable Split Frame Clamshell in its size range. This compact series is capable of severing, beveling, counter-boring, and socket weld removal on pipe or tube from .5 in. to 2.5in. O.D. These units are designed for long life, rigidity, and strength. The sturdy design does not sacrifice portability.

HD CLAMSHELL
The HD Series handles difficult projects with ease. Utilizing heavey-duty construction design for machining larger diameter pipe and vessels. The HD series is capable of severing, beveling, boring, and facing any material or wall thickness. this series operates from single or dual drive systems. These drive systems may be pneumatic or hydraulic. With its narrow design, 5 in. axial and 4.5 in. radial, the HD Series can fit into areas other larger machines cannot.

PORTABLE MILLS
The most versatile in place machining tool in the product family. These mills are made for close tolerance machining of such applications as motor basses, alignment plates, gasket areas, hole boring, or threading. This is the ideal machine where disassembly of major equipment is prohibitive. The portable mills may be fitted with a Power Feed System for automatic variable feed.

BORING BARS
The applications for the Bore Bars are endless. You can perform major equipment machining in place without costly disassembly of pumps, compressors or valves. Any worn, eroded or galled bore can be resurfaced to extremely tight tolerance because of the specially designed bearing system. This user-friendly modular mounting system concept allows a single technician to complete many machining tasks. These bars may be hydraulic or pneumatic driven.

END-PREP FACERS
The End-Prep Facers (EPF) are the most advanced facers on the market today. Generally, an I.D. mounted machine, the EPF has an optional O.D. mount kit. The EPF's uniquely engineered mandrel allows a very fast effecient setup. All models are designed with adjustable bearing ways. The adjustable feed system allows the operator smooth and accurate cutting control. Whether the application is raised face or RTJ groove, the EPF facers are equipped to recondition the old surfaces quickly and accurately.

OVAL MANWAY SEAT GRINDER
The Manway Seat Grinder will restore to a smooth surface the gasket seat of an oval manhole. Corroded, pitted, or abraded seats can be restored to perfect sealing condition with our tool. Quick and easy setup assures a job well done. Utilizing a high speed motor with long life bearings, rugged swing arm pivot construction, accurate cut control can be accomplished.

The Keyway Cutter may be one of the most user friendly machine tools. The "V" style mounting system allows for self centering setup. the compact modular design allows this unit to mount in very tight areas. The Keyway cutter can machine keyways up to 1.5" wide. This machine tool may be set up with power feed, hydraulic or pneumatic drives.

JOURNAL TURNING LATHE
The Journal Truning Lathe (JTL) is specifically designed for machining shafts and roll journals in place, reducing costly disassembly and extended downtime. The rigid turning module combined with the split housing body gives the machine smooth, accurate cutting precision within minimum space conditions. Hydraulic or pnematic drives provide sufficient torque to remove up to .375 depth of cut.
