The SafeMount has been specifically designed to the VDI/VDE International Standard for accessory mounting to actuators. It is easy to install and only three sizes are required to cover the entire range of most modern actuators and accessories.

The SafeMount is fully enclosed. Fingers cannot get at the rotating shaft giving plant personnel maximum protection; an approaching International Safety Standard.

ACCESSORY MOUNTING HOLES
The SafeMount fits both the old 2-1/4"x 2-1/4" mounting square and the VDI/VDE standard.

STAINLESS STEEL HARDWARE PROVIDED
The SafeMount is supplied with all necessary stainless steel bolts and washers.

REDUCED INVENTORY COSTS
No need to keep high inventories of high cost, custom made brackets. A maximum of three sizes will cover all your accessory to actuator requirements.

CORROSION RESISTANCE
Our standard VEP50 electrophoretic bonded black coating gives over 2000 hours protection in a standard salt spray corrosion test. Also available in Corrogard 941 fluoropolymer bonded coating for more aggressive environments.
